Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final on jewelry and accessories. 

Clothing may be exchanged or returned minus the shipping cost. Exchanges and Returns must be made with in 7 days from the date received. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization number. 

Shipping:

All orders will be processed & shipped with in 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. 

Gypsy Willow only ships within the United States at this time. 

Merchandise:

All merchandise is intended for ages 12+. Jewelry contains small pieces and can be a choking hazard to small children.
